CANCELLATION POLICY:
While it is rare, if Hartwood Creative cancels a course, the full amount of tuition will be refunded to the paid registrant.
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds will be issued only if the student or agency cancels within seven days prior to the start of the class date. Eventbrite fees are non-refundable. If there is a waiting list in place, the next person in line will be offered the spot.
If a registered student cannot attend and would like to send another person from their agency in their place, please email jenny@hartwoodcreative.com authorizing this change. If a student does not show up for class, no refund will be issued. Registration is essential to determining whether or not a class will be canceled due to low attendance.
MARKETING POLICY:
By registering for and attending a course or event, the students consents to being photographed or video recorded for various marketing materials, which includes, but not limited to, social media, flyers, websites, printed publications and emails. For privacy purposes, images and/or video will not be linked to full names or personal details, unless written authorization is given from the individual. Please email jenny@hartwoodcreative.com prior to a course (or day-of) should you not consent.
POSITIVE EXPERIENCE POLICY:
It is important for both Hartwood Creative and the client to have a positive experience when working together. Should an organization or person(s) cause hardship during the process, Hartwood Creative will cancel the contract. This also pertains to attendance in classes.
