I know first-hand just how limited training can be for government agencies and public information officers. My time spent in communications in public safety taught me that no one was going to hold my hand… but the expectations were high.
I spent decades learning how to adjust to the never-ending onslaught of changes. I created systems to make my job easier and learned how to stay on top of the latest developments so I could be as effective as possible in my role.
And now I help my clients do the same! As a strategist and educator, I love nothing more than empowering government agencies and small businesses to improve their communication, build long-term trust, and develop meaningful relationships with their communities.
